The Evolution of Cardio

The coolest, hippest, brutally hard, and most FUNNEST program out there. IMO anyways. The Insanity program is probably the hardest workout I have ever done in my life. I actually had to pause it the first time I did it to go to the bathroom The need to puke was insane!-no pun intended.
But Turbo Fire is so awesome! Yes, it's hard. Yes, you will be mega sore in the morning. But the trainer. Chalene Johnson makes it so enjoyable that you will want to do it day after day after day. The workout uses the new innovating form of Cardio. High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT.
It is basically a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, but it's also been shown to benefit the average exerciser. HIIT training not only helps performance, it also improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat. It has been proven to burn 9 times more fat than exercising in a steady pace. You can't beat that. I highly recommend this program, but word of caution....It is not intended for a beginner. Work your way up to this program. You wont regret it :)
